Paul Donnelly

Audience Experience Manager

As nauseatingly as Meryl Streep’s annual Oscar nomination is, Paul is back with Dublin Fringe Festival for his sixth year as Volunteer Coordinator.

Encouraged never to write English prose nor pursue an academic career, he settled on what he loved most – pictures, images, film, theatre, shiny objects and make-believe and followed a career in Art – performance and photography being his specialised subjects.

Too shy to tread the boards he has found his greatest role in ‘Mama’ - the Mother of all Volunteers on various arts festivals about Dublin, from Dance to Bram Stoker, GAZE to Book and occasionally being let loose on unsuspecting guests as Hospitality Manager with DIFF.

If missing from his desk, please ring the local pool and tell them to tell him to stop swimming and start working.
