Team News: Changes in the production department
In 2025 Marcus Costello, a true Dublin Fringe festival legend with over 18 festivals under his belt, is stepping into a consultancy role. Since joining us in 2006, Marcus has been the driving force behind the festival’s production, bringing creativity, precision, and an unshakable dedication to making the impossible happen - turning bold artistic visions into unforgettable live experiences, and helping hundreds of artists along the way. After nearly two decades leading production, Marcus will continue to share his expertise in an advisory capacity, ensuring the festival’s creative and technical magic stays strong.
Joining the core team as Production Manager is Sarah Timmins, who has worked alongside Marcus on our production team since 2022. With a deep understanding of the festival’s ambitious creative vision, we are excited for Sarah to bring her energy and unwavering commitment to delivering world-class live experiences to Dublin Fringe Festival. Sarah works with dedication to realise artist’s big ideas, bringing practicality and vision to support their work.
‘We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Sarah to the Dublin Fringe Festival team as Production Manager this year, we have loved working with her on the last three festivals and she brings an exceptional level of knowledge, care and dedication to the role. We are delighted that she will be doing so with the extraordinary Marcus Costello in a consultancy role. Marcus has been a guiding light, a steady presence and a generator for artistic excellence at Dublin Fringe Festival, both for artists and the Fringe team.
