Get Involved At Dublin Fringe Festival: Willing Workers Wanted

Want to be part of Dublin's most exciting multidisciplinary arts festival? Dublin Fringe Festival artists create all kinds of work, in all kinds of places—and they need all kinds of help!​

From snapping show photos to designing graphics, crafting costumes to capturing video, applying makeup to running workshops, over the years, artistic partnerships have begun, friendships have been formed, and great times have been had—all thanks to the Willing Workers list!​

This year, we're expanding our callout to include creatives across the board: photographers, graphic designers, costume designers, videographers, hair and makeup artists, as well as those interested in producing, design, backstage, production, technical, and administrative roles.​

The information you provide will be included in the 2025 database of Willing Workers, accessible to artists and companies putting on work as part of the festival (6th – 21st September 2025).​

It's important to understand from the outset that many of the events are made on small budgets. It's up to you to negotiate your time commitment, fee, etc., based on the resources of the project you're interested in, as well as your own circumstances, availability, and needs. Artists or companies will contact you directly if they're interested in your skills, and any agreement you make is between both of you. Dublin Fringe Festival only facilitates the contact.​
