Dublin Fringe Festival Supports: Winter Programme 2026
The festival might be over for another year, but we're not slowing down!
This November, Dublin Fringe Festival Supports is bringing artists and arts workers together for a series of free talks, workshops and events designed to share knowledge, spark new ideas and make connections.
From navigating the world of agents and representation to exploring art as a form of activism, we're making space for honest conversations, practical skills and new perspectives.
Take a look at what's coming up, book your place and get involved.

Getting an agent can feel like a bit of a mystery. How do you know when you're ready for representation? What are agents actually looking for? And what happens once you've got one?
We're bringing agents and artists together for an honest conversation facilitated by creative producer and programmer Niamh Ní Chonchubhair about how representation works, when and how to approach an agent, and what a good working relationship looks like.
Whether you're actively looking for representation or simply curious about how the industry works, this is a chance to hear directly from the people on both sides of the conversation, ask questions and get a clearer picture of the process.
Please note Dublin Fringe Festival is accessed by stairs only.
Joining the conversation:
- Aoifa Smyth - The Collaborations Agency
- Iain Mullins - Sovran Carey
- Lórcan Strain - multidisciplinary artist
- Michael Fry - comedian and actor

Join experienced artist and activist Gráinnemir for a workshop on cultural resistance as an artistic practice. Learn about how to see your practice from a political, social and personal perspective.
Through a series of exercises, starting with an introduction by each participant into movement, before moving into discussion and writing, this is a practical and creative session centring on artists’ voices and how you can create space to challenge within your art and within society.
This is an introductory session, and is intended to be for artists and arts workers who are looking to be brave in shaping their stories and the structures around it, and that confront systems we live under through our artistic expression.
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring a notebook and pen for writing exercises.
Please note Dublin Fringe Festival is accessed by stairs only.
