Dublin Fringe Festival is proud to announce the addition of two exceptional individuals to our esteemed board of directors: Filipa Allen and Oonagh O’Donovan, they bring a wealth of invaluable experience and passion to our organisation.

Filipa Allen is a global marketing manager at William Grant & Sons, a global spirits company, where she specialises in brand strategy & positioning, communications and cultural marketing. Filipa has over a decade of experience in international marketing largely focused on the food and beverage industry with brands such as McDonald’s, Paddy Power, Deliveroo, Hendrick’s and Sailor Jerry. Filipa is ACCA qualified and an alumni of Trinity College Dublin. She is excited to bring her passion for creativity and experience of brand collaborations in culture to the DFF board.

Oonagh O’Donovan comes from an arts fundraising background, specialising in corporate partnerships, philanthropic & major donor investment and capital campaigns. Having worked in the US, UK and Ireland for some of the world's leading performing arts organisations, she is an experienced relationship manager with a focus on new business development, event activation, strategic and innovative partnerships. At OKC, she leads the RAISE Academy programme, but also works across a number of clients from the broader not-for-profit sector. Oonagh holds a B.A. Hons degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from Trinity College Dublin and in 2022 completed an MSc in Strategic Management and Marketing from Technological University Dublin. Oonagh understands the value that social enterprises, charities and the arts sector provide to society, and is deeply passionate about empowering, amplifying, and supporting organisations to reach their full potential.
