Luke is an experienced commercial and financial consultant with 15 years’ experience of helping his clients make better decisions about how they strategically manage capital, transactions and risk.  

Having graduated from Loughborough University and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Luke started his career within EY’s Mergers & Acquisitions business based in the UK. He was responsible for advising shareholders on the sale of companies, assisting executive management teams with the acquisition of businesses and raising finance to fund transactions.

Moving to Dublin in 2014, Luke became a Director of Corporate Finance in EY’s Irish practice providing commercial and financial advice to the government sector on significant capital projects across the State’s communications, transport and energy sectors. 

Luke is currently Financial Advisor to Senior Officials at the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment where his role extends to supporting on the development of State policy, ensuring robust governance over public funding and managing financial risk.

Originally from Bristol, Luke quickly grew enamoured with the culture and creativity of the city he now calls home enjoying the wealth of theatre and music to be found in Dublin city and it's neighbourhoods.
