Josh possesses experience in social and digital marketing, especially in the arts field. He has created and led several digital marketing campaigns for organisations like Gúna Nua Theatre Company, Generation Y, Attic Projects, Dublin Sound Lab and most recently, Westival. 

He also holds a BA in World History and completed his M.Phil in History of Art and Architecture from Trinity College Dublin, and is very passionate about painting and the fine arts.
