Scripted

Join us for an afternoon of performed readings of extracts of new plays by this year's MFA playwrights at The Lir Academy. These readings are presented by a director with a professional cast. The Lir's playwrights have been guided through our one-year immersive programme by Course Director Graham Whybrow (former Literary Manager of the Royal Court). Tutors on the course include Gavin Kostick (Fishamble), Karin McCully (Rough Magic), Thomas Conway (Gate Theatre) and playwright Michael West with a series of invited guest playwrights.

This year’s MFA playwrights are Lexi Silva, Liza Borghesani, Greice Kessler, and Moya Noctor.
