ARTIST AT WORK

Information
Artist at Work are paid idea development residencies taking place with host venues across Ireland over our festival dates, shining a light on artistic process.
Avani Collective is the creative partnership of Subhashini Goda & Parvathi Jayaram. During their Artist at Work week, they will be focusing on embodied forms of movement and how silence can inform performance.
Subhashini is a multidisciplinary artist and an academic from Chennai, India. Her works are informed by her tryst with literature and Indian dance theatre traditions.
Parvathi is a Mohiniyattam artist, following Guru Padmashri Bharati Shivaji’s repertoire.
In partnership with Irish Theatre Institute (ITI), Dublin.
Raphaël Adams is a devising theatre-maker and director
seeking to create intimate connections by queering form and
content. As part of the Artist at Work scheme Raphaël will work
on his piece Love Overdose and continue to reflect on different
ideas of affection and intimacy through a variety of interactive
theatrical devices.

Clodagh Assata Boyce is a Trini-Irish curator and visual artist whose work explores ideas of memory, race, nationhood and legacy. During their Artist at Work week Clodagh will be experimenting with various methods of printing and audio installation.

Gavin Peden is a multidisciplinary creative from Belfast; an Actor, AV Designer, VR Filmmaker and Experience Designer forthe past twelve years. Gavin has worked across some of the main performance venues in Ireland, as well as in Canada, Sweden and New York.
