Enthusiastic, committed & friendly volunteers are needed to help us run the biggest and most diverse festival in Ireland. The ABSOLUT FRINGE could not run smoothly without the help and support of the volunteers who join our team every year.

Volunteering is an exciting and rewarding way to immerse yourself in everything cultural, to meet new people and experience the fun of the Festival. Apart from the invaluable experience you will get from working on a large-scale event, as a volunteer you will get tickets for numerous shows and events, a reference for your volunteering, a Fringe T-shirt & Volunteers of the Festival awards!
